What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Professionally install and or repair insulated glass units, shower doors, various types of other flat glass as needed. 2 Years experience preferred.
- Experience with Residential and Commercial job sites/Flat Glass installations
- Cutting & Fabrication of flat glass.
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to labor intensive projects.
- Follow proper safety procedures on job-sites.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License Required – Clean driving record with the ability to operate company vehicles for deliveries.
- Team Player with a Strong Work Ethic – Willingness to pitch in and support the team, especially during busy periods or unexpected challenges. Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments. Work well within a team environment.
- Solid communication skills – Ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the job-site.
- Background Check & Drug Screen – Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
