Key Responsibilities:
• Execute thorough diagnostics and repairs on equipment
• Build rapport with customers through effective communication
• Maintain accurate inventory and order necessary parts
• Conduct vehicle checks and follow safety protocols
• Document service reports and timecards accurately
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or work experience
• Valid Heavy Equipment Certification (421A) or equivalent
• Strong mechanical skills with various tools
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Understanding of health and safety policies
