Job Title: Experienced Carpenter — 4-Day Work Week, Health Insurance Fully Covered
Company: Brunaugh Construction & Design LLC Location: Alton, IL (work across Jersey, Madison, St. Clair, and Calhoun counties) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Three-day weekend, every weekend.

The Work
You’ll work on a mix of:
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Home additions and new builds
- Decks and exterior projects
- Insurance reconstruction (fire, water, and storm damage)

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced residential carpenter — rough framing through finish work
- Positive attitude and real work ethic — you show up on time, ready to go
- Accountability, dependability, honesty, integrity. We mean it.
- Willingness to learn our standards and procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to pass a background screening
- Own hand tools and reliable transportation
Bonus Points For
- Lead carpenter experience
- Insurance reconstruction experience
- Cabinet installation, tile, or finish carpentry skill
