Family Healthcare Solution is seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Worker to provide high-quality support and assistance to clients in the Edmonton area. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and experience working with seniors or individuals requiring personal care and daily living support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship services.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Support mobility and promote independence.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Care Worker, Caregiver, Health Care Aide or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
- Healthcare-related certifications are considered an asset.
