Experienced Baker Jobs in Calgary at GOOD BREAD
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, etc.
– Ensure that all baked goods are of high quality and meet customer expectations
– Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
– Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
Requirements:
– Previous experience in food preparation and baking is preferred
– Knowledge of pastry decorating techniques is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
– Ability to work as part of a team in a restaurant or kitchen setting
– Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
– Ability to package baked goods for display or takeout orders
