THE ROLE
We’re looking for a driven Executive Sales Representative to work at the heart of Elect Capital’s Canadian origination team. This role is focused on day-to-day deal execution – working closely with brokers, handling incoming warm leads, structuring opportunities, and ensuring deals move efficiently from enquiry through to funding.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong broker relationships, progressing applications, and coordinating internally to ensure fast decisions and smooth completions. The role combines sales discipline, deal management, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our broker network and act as a key contact for deal submissions
- Handle incoming warm leads and convert opportunities into funded deals
- Structure funding proposals and guide brokers through Elect Capital’s product offering
- Proactively chase stipulations (stips) and documentation to move approved deals through to completion
- Manage an active pipeline of applications from submission through to funding
- Work closely with underwriting and operations to ensure deals progress quickly and efficiently
- Maintain regular communication with brokers to provide updates and manage expectations
- Identify opportunities to increase deal flow from existing introducers
- Ensure internal systems and deal records are accurately maintained
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in MCA, SME lending, commercial finance, or broker-based financial services
- Strong ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
- Confident communicator comfortable working with brokers and business owners
- Commercially minded with the ability to structure practical funding solutions
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting deals completed
