This Vice President role provides an opportunity to shape funding strategies that directly impact cancer care across Eastern Ontario. Your leadership will be essential in managing diverse fundraising avenues including annual giving and corporate partnerships. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will align philanthropy initiatives with the Foundation’s growing needs and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead fundraising strategies for cancer care services
• Engage with donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders
• Drive major gifts and planned giving campaigns effectively
• Foster a culture of collaboration and high-quality donor experiences
• Manage and support the philanthropy team in execution
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in fundraising leadership roles
• Background in strategic planning and donor engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable representing the organization publicly
• Experience in community partnerships and advocacy is a plus
