Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols, schedules, and procedures aligned with industry best practices in hospitality and janitorial services.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a motivated team environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate deep cleaning projects, special event preparations, or seasonal maintenance activities.
Skills
- Extensive experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to train staff on safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and customer service excellence.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
