Doorways of NWFL Executive Director Position Summary:
Doorways of NWFL is seeking a mission‑driven Executive Director to lead our community’s work to prevent and end homelessness across a six‑county region. This role oversees strategic planning, partnerships, grants, system performance, and a dedicated team working to create lasting impact.

- Must be willing to work in-person daily in Bay County due to the community-facing and on-call nature of the position.
