Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Edmonton, AB, for an Executive Assistant. The role involves providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of executive tasks. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and will handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to facilitate office operations and support executive teams.
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and other financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in Executive Support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools).
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives is considered an asset.
