Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our President. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-tier administrative support to our
leadership
team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional
communication skills
and meticulous
attention to detail
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate and manage special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the President.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and
professionalism
.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate
communication
.
Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and minute-taking.
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role.

Strong written and verbal
communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
