** A career as an Executive Assistant in the National Accounts team is a crucial strategic role with a variety of team leaders. You carry out a variety of coordination, planning and
project management
tasks in order to optimize the schedule and facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the business line and your managers. Your job:
Proactively coordinate the agendas and emails and carry out rigorous follow-ups with managers. Organize internal and external meetings by ensuring administrative follow-ups and coordinating all related logistics. Interact confidentially with external clients, the Bank’s various departments and internal members on various human resources files. Draft, translate or edit certain internal and external communications in both French and English. Coordinate and participate in the organization of various large-scale events when required.
Contribute to various
project management
(sector-wide activities, etc.). Provide administrative support to your teams, work in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes. Your team:

Prerequisite:
Completed vocational or college diploma or academic equivalent, and three years of relevant experience Experience as an assistant to
