This position will provide Executive Assistance support to the Chairwoman in General Administration, Real Estate, and philanthropic work. We are looking for a confident and highly professional Executive Assistant in the Markham area that can think on their feet, make educated decisions, and provide International calendar management. Responsibilities

– Maintain calendar as requested with extremely high demands, tight timelines & excessive local and international travel.

– Monitor and manage emails – Research, draft, or create abstracts for various documentation and reports.

– Using official social media platforms to gather information and work with the Marketing department – Bank liaison for corporate credit card accounts.

– Coordinate all executive travel (including USA and overseas) – Organize and Plan events as needed – Prepare agenda and take meeting minutes – Process replies on own initiative or from managers’ dictation or notes.

– creat social media posts with the Marketing department Qualifications – Min 4 years of working as an Executive Assistant – Experience/Knowledge within the Real Estate industry or hospitality is an ASSET – Minimum College/University degree (BA) – Proficient in Microsoft Suites is a MUST –

Proven track record

of providing C-level executives with top-quality International Calendar Management

Must be
