We are seeking a Part-Time Executive/Personal Assistant to maintain the highest levels of

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar management, including anticipating risks and planning contingencies.

Assisting in organizing events and managing reservations, appointments, errands, and stocking.

Handling clerical duties such as answering phones, updating contacts, and creating manuals.

Keeping the principal on schedule and task.

Maintaining a day-to-day “To Do” list and providing daily updates on completed tasks and outstanding items.

Proactively anticipating the principal’s needs and initiating helpful projects without being asked.

Navigating and communicating with a high level of tact and discretion while working closely with high-level agents, managers, producers, and creatives.

Collaborating with the rest of the team and communicating the principal’s schedule, updates, and ongoing projects.

Archiving and reporting all applicable expenses and project managing long-term personal and professional CEO endeavors.

Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed.

Candidates will need:3-6+ years minimum administrative experience, ideally working as an Executive/Personal Assistant for an executive in the marketing industry, with stellar references.

Thorough understanding of Google Suite, Asana, and social media.

Ability to
