We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Executive Inbox and Calendar: Prioritize emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team, ensuring efficient time management and organization
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including expense tracking, invoice and vendor payment management, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial transactions
Organized Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing, ensuring smooth workflow and easy retrieval of information
Communication Management: Facilitate clear and timely communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring that messages are conveyed accurately and promptly
Hybrid/Remote Work Coordination: Effectively manage tasks and responsibilities in both hybrid and remote work environments, utilizing digital communication tools and platforms to stay connected and productive
Tech-Savvy Project Management: Utilize project and time management tools proficiently to streamline workflows, track progress, and optimize productivity, leveraging platforms such as Click Up and Google Calendar
Requirements
Bachelor’s or college degree in Business, Finance, or any related field
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a hybrid or remote capacity, with a reliable internet connection
Proficiency in project and time management tools
Must be comfortable with technology and have a solid understanding of digital tools and platforms
Experience with basic bookkeeping, preferably using Quickbooks
Previous experience in warehouse operations and logistics an advantage
