Bluestar is seeking an experienced Excavation Foreman to lead site excavation and underground utilities work.
Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage excavation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.
· Supervise a crew of 3–5 laborers: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide direction.
· Record daily crew hours and measure completed quantities to maintain accurate project documentation.
· Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to execute work per project requirements.
· Coordinate site activities related to excavation, grading, lift-and-lay operations, and relocation of underground utilities.
· Enforce compliance with safety policies, project specifications, and quality standards.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a site foreman.
· At least 5 years’ total experience in site work.
· Legal to work
· Valid driver’s license.
· Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
· Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, lift-and-lay methods, and underground utility relocation.
· Demonstrated experience managing small crews on excavation projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
