Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for an Event Stylist located in Mississauga, ON & various locations in the GTA. The Event Stylist will be responsible for planning and executing event designs, managing decor setup and takedown, collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include budgeting, sourcing materials, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors. The position requires a creative mindset and a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality event execution.
Qualifications
- Skills in Event Planning and Event Management to conceptualize, organize, and execute events seamlessly.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Budgeting expertise to manage resources efficiently and ensure cost-effective event production.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are essential for developing innovative event designs.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event schedules.
- Previous experience in event styling, design, or management is preferred.
- Physical ability to handle event setup and takedown tasks.
