You will oversee venue bookings, manage contracts, and direct teams to deliver large-scale events. Your strategic vision will drive continuous improvement while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee event planning and coordination from booking to wrap-up
• Lead training and development for Event Services staff
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasts
• Cultivate relationships with clients, promoters, and internal teams
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance client experiences
Requirements:
• 7+ years’ management experience in event services
• Strong proficiency in budgeting and venue planning systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience in arts settings preferred
