THE JOB

We are seeking an Event Admin Summer Student.
Working directly with the Hospitality Event Team, you will be responsible for managing all email correspondence between Good Robot and our event hosts, including, but not limited to, booking requests, ensuring invoices have been received, post-event feedback, and managing the event calendar.
The overall intent of the role is to contribute to providing consistent and reliable customer service to our event hosts, as well as to be a learning opportunity for someone hungry to get into the industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing events email and bookings
Managing the event calendar and Hospitality event sheets
Post-event feedback follow-ups with all event hosts
Recording event feedback
Invoice collection
Collaborating with Hospitality Management in the creation, promotion, and execution of in-house events
Occasionally supporting event set up and tech at Robie St. Taproom

Pay: $17.00 per hour
