WHAT you’re gonna do:
As a Dishwasher at Smitty’s, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps the kitchen running like clockwork.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, small wares, and cookware
- Handle dishwashing equipment and chemicals safely
- Manage garbage and keep workspaces fresh and organized
- Monitor chemical and sanitizer levels
- Lend a hand with basic food prep when needed
- Bring your hustle! Dishwashing is the first step to bigger things!
HOW you gotta be:
- Ready to work hard, stay positive, and move fast
- Available to evenings during weekdays. And at least one weekend shift/week.
- Safety and cleanliness focused
- Able to stay on your feet and lift during busy shifts
- Eager to learn and grow
