Schedule
Long days or nights, including weekends and occasional overnight travel based on project needs and weather.
What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy highway construction equipment safely
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Haul equipment to job sites
- Assist with tools, labor, and site cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings
What You Bring
- Valid Class A CDL with insurable driving record
- At least 3 months of heavy equipment experience
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work safely
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Climb in/out of equipment and work 10+ hour shifts
- Safely work around traffic and heavy equipment
Work Environment
Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and active construction zones, including traffic at highway speeds.
