Pay: $21–$42/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare surfaces (including concrete grinding and prep work)
- Apply epoxy coatings and topcoats using rollers, brushes, and tools
- Follow project guidelines and safety procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable (kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs, active work)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to the North Shore and Greater Boston area
Experience:
- 1+ year of epoxy experience preferred
- No experience? We’re willing to train the right candidate
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
