Key Responsibilities:
• Support mill compliance with environmental performance objectives
• Lead lab technicians and manage their performance and scheduling
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001:2015 EMS processes
• Oversee internal and external environmental reporting
• Validate lab results and support root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant scientific field
• Supervisory experience in unionized settings preferred
• Knowledge of pulp and paper QA testing methods
• Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
