The Village at Breckenridge Homeowner’s Association is a small team of employees tasked with maintaining, coordinating, and providing a presentable and functional property for its homeowners and their guests. We are located at the South End of Breckenridge adjacent to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 Ski area.

Job Summary:
Maintains Building Environment and Accessibility by maintaining building equipment, pool and spa equipment, heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems; maintaining grounds; removing trash; recycling materials; disposing of liquid waste; securing building and its occupants
Job Specifications:

· Skill Level: Entry
· Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 / Hour
· Available Shift: Weekday Second Shift (12:30p-10:30p)
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain facilities and operation systems in a safe and efficient working order – Pool/Spa operations; Access Control; Paint/Drywall; Landscaping; Boilers; Light Electrical Work; Property Cleanup; Waste/Recycle Removal
· Maintain a presentable property for guests and owners
· Field Calls/Email/Texts through work phone during shift
· Complete daily inspections and record sheets
· Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
· Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot individually
· Skid Steer Experience (Preferred)
Job Requirements:
· HS Diploma
· Maintenance/Trade Experience Preferred
· Ability to communicate in English
· Team oriented – Ability to communicate with peers
· Independent – Ability to be productive without direct supervision
· Self-Starter
· Valid US Driver’s License
Physical Requirements:
· Exposure to high alpine environment
· Ability to work standing/walking for long periods of time
· Safe use of ladders around the property
· Shoveling snow/ chipping ice (Winter)
· Must be able to lift 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
