It’s a skill that’s acquired on the job with all training provided while earning a great income. No experience? We actually prefer it. There is no course that can teach you how to be a snubber so there’s no formal education requirement to start. We have a proven track record so it’s best to learn directly from us anyway. Make no mistake; you have to be intelligent with a good aptitude for physics, mechanics, math, etc. You work with a team so you have to be reliable. It’s the oilfield, so you have to be able to be away from home, and physically fit for outdoor manual labor in 12-hour shifts for weeks straight. A busy snubber typically works 200-250 days/year and entry level positions can earn over $1100/day with bonuses. It’s free to get started as long as you have work boots and rain gear. We provide all other required PPE, accommodations and subsistence while you work.
