In this entry-level position, you will support the Maintenance Services team by performing basic maintenance tasks, operating waste management systems, and engaging in on-the-job training. The role is designed to enrich your skills in plumbing, building systems, and safety protocols while working alongside experienced technicians during inspections and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate garbage compactors and maintain grounds cleanliness
• Assist during building walks and inspections with senior staff
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Understand and operate fire and life safety systems
• Complete routine maintenance tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Willingness to learn maintenance skills and follow safety guidelines
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in custodial or labor roles is a plus
• High School Diploma preferred but not mandatory
