As an Enrollment Representative, you must:
- Engage residential customers to present and sell AT&T cell phones and service plans
- Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process with accuracy
- Confirm customer information and ensure seamless account setup
- Consistently exceed sales and activation targets
- Maintain compliance with telecommunications guidelines
- Track application progress and follow up to secure completed enrollments
- Identify opportunities to upgrade plans or add services
- Participate in ongoing performance and product training with Enrollment Representative teammates
As an Enrollment Representative, you’ll need:
