A Sales-Firm is looking for driven and personable individuals to join our team as Entry Level AT&T Enrollment Associates in the Boston area. In this role you’ll be working hands on with clients, walking them through AT&T products and services and helping them find the right plan for their needs. Day to Day Responsibilities for the Entry Level AT&T Enrollment Associates:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers exploring AT&T products and services
- Clearly communicate available AT&T plans, promotions, and bundled options to potential customers
- Walk customers through the full enrollment and activation process from start to finish
- Contribute to daily goals through accurate and efficient processing
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and compliance in every customer interaction
- Work alongside teammates to hit and surpass store performance targets
