As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you’ll participate in hands-on training while learning how to connect with customers, identify their needs, and introduce AT&T’s wireless products and services. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will play a key role in face-to-face customer interactions, delivering exceptional service, and supporting daily sales efforts to help achieve team goals.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- Connect with customers in person to assess their needs, present AT&T wireless solutions, and support informed purchasing decisions.
- Support the sales team by preparing clear, customer‑friendly explanations of smartphones, plan benefits, and upgrade paths.
- Maintain smooth sales conversations by helping customers compare simple wireless choices without overwhelming them.
- Capture customer needs accurately to support follow‑up sales activity and long‑term relationship building.
- Address basic device questions and turn them into opportunities that strengthen overall sales outcomes.
- Represent AT&T with professionalism by reinforcing sales clarity, customer trust, and consistent service.
Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in sales or customer support is a bonus.
- Ability to recognize sales opportunities by listening to plan concerns or device issues.
- Strong attention to detail when capturing customer needs for ongoing sales support.
- Professional attitude that aligns with AT&T’s expectations and standards.
Pay: $3,600.00 – $5,200.00 per month
