We’re expanding our enterprise sales team to meet accelerating demand from national brands, retailers, QSRs, real estate operators, and agencies.

The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own relationships with senior decision‑makers at major brands and select agencies. Your mandate is to help them unlock growth by adopting EQ’s intelligence platform — from customer and market insights, to site selection, to loyalty, to data‑powered media.

This is a strategic, consultative role for someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, understands how brands operate, and can translate data into business outcomes. You’ll work directly with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Real Estate, Loyalty leaders, and agency strategists.

You will be selling a category‑defining product suite — not a point solution — and you’ll be instrumental in shaping how Canada’s most recognizable brands grow.

What You’ll DoDrive New Enterprise Revenue

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across retail, QSR, grocery, financial services, real estate, and other multi‑location brands.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities with deal sizes ranging from mid‑five to seven figures.
  • Lead discovery that uncovers blind spots in customer behaviour, market share, site performance, and loyalty.

Sell a Unified Growth Platform

  • Position ClearLake Insights as the intelligence layer that powers smarter marketing, expansion, and operations.
  • Sell Integrated Rewards as a turnkey, card‑linked loyalty engine that drives engagement and generates proprietary customer insights.
  • Sell EQ Media as a data‑powered media solution that lowers acquisition costs and improves performance across channels.

Consult, Educate, and Influence

  • Guide executives through the value of proprietary transactional and geospatial data.
  • Build business cases that quantify revenue lift, market share recovery, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with agencies when appropriate to support joint clients and expand platform adoption.

Collaborate Internally

  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success to shape solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback that influences product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Contribute to a high‑performance, learning‑driven sales culture.

What You BringExperience

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in one or more of: SaaS, data/analytics, martech, adtech, loyalty, retail technology, or real estate intelligence.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with senior executives.
  • Experience selling into marketing, loyalty, real estate, or operations teams is a strong advantage.

Skills & Attributes

  • Consultative, insight‑driven seller who can diagnose problems and articulate solutions.
  • Strong business acumen — able to speak the language of CMOs, CFOs, and Heads of Real Estate.
  • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives and ROI‑driven proposals.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and selling a platform with multiple entry points.
  • High integrity, curiosity, and a bias toward action.
