Position Summary
AnswerNet is seeking high energy, English individuals who have the motivation, desire,
and drive as Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representatives for full time
positions in our Winnipeg office. Your role will be the first point of contact for all our
customers where you will showcase your exemplary and World Class Customer Service
Skills.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Receive English inbound calls
Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers
Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients
Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
Maintaining working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
for our clients
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Flexible availability (we are a 24/7 call center)
English candidate required for this position
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand
concerns, overcome objectives
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities
and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
Goal oriented with professional work ethics
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Leadership skills
Reliable transportation
Previous Customer Service experience
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
WAH Requirements:
PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks,
and tablets are not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
• USB-connected Headset
• Webcam
• A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions including pets and
children.
