Define and develop the engineering strategy aiming to build and maintain a strong and sustainable engineering organization for all Bombardier sites Gather, analysis data, draw conclusion and generate strategic recommendations to support the organization’s objectives Document, simplify and present the recommendations to engineering executives Support the strategic engineering manpower planning align with demands and site mandate Evaluate competitive intelligence, industry benchmark and market reports to provide strategic insight and recommendations Lead and Influence (

Prepare and facilitate workshops with
multidisciplinary
teams for the validation of proposed plans and strategies. How to thrive in this role?
You hold
a University degree preferably in a Business or an analytical field such as Engineering, an MBA or other professional designation (an asset)
You have
a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment within a manufacturing industry, knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset)
You have
strong research and
analytical skills
with a commitment to rigor and attention to details;
You have
experience managing strategic projects, while having the ability to synthesize and present complex information.
You have
the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters
You have
the ability to coordinate and lead effective meetings and presentations.
You have
very strong in English, both verbal and written
communication
,
leadership
, organizational and interpersonal skills.
You are
familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including all
collaboration
tools such as SharePoint and Teams
