We seek a product-minded Engineering Manager who thrives on technical challenges and excels in a fast-paced environment.
Your role will encompass guiding engineers, translating customer demands into actionable technical plans, and overseeing the team’s health and productivity. You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to directly support our multifamily property management customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Maintenance team and set delivery direction
• Conduct 1:1s and provide feedback to develop your engineers
• Translate customer needs into technical tasks for your team
• Engage in coding, prototyping, and resolving urgent issues
• Champion AI-native development practices to enhance productivity
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of engineering experience, with 2-3 years in management
• Proficient across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure
• Strong product mindset focused on customer value
• Experience in deploying AI agents at scale is a plus
• Comfortable interfacing with enterprise clients
