Job Title: Engineering Analyst I
Location: North York, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract (Approx. 12+ months) – Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $23-25/hr on W2
Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Engineering Analyst to support energy conservation initiatives for commercial customers. This role combines data analysis, customer interaction, and program coordination to help drive energy efficiency outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support commercial energy conservation programs and initiatives
- Process applications including data collection, validation, and analysis
- Analyze energy usage data and identify efficiency opportunities
- Calculate incentives and support program participation tracking
- Manage leads, inquiries, and project tracking through CRM tools
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Assist in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience (new graduates welcome)
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and time management skills
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract required
- Ability to travel occasionally to work sites
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
