Elevation Energy is hiring elite phone and virtual sales professionals to help homeowners purchase and finance major home energy upgrades.
This is not retail sales.
You’ll be closing high-ticket home energy solutions over the phone and through Zoom, including:
- Solar systems
- Battery storage
- Generators
- Main panel upgrades
- Home energy services and repairs
We are looking for serious closers who know how to control conversations, build urgency, overcome objections, and close consistently.
What You’ll Do
- Run inbound and self-generated appointments
- Close homeowners virtually over phone and Zoom
- Sell high-ticket energy products and repair solutions
- Follow up aggressively and manage your pipeline
- Handle both warm opportunities and self-generated business
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone sales or virtual closing experience
- High-ticket sales experience preferred
- Tough mentality and strong work ethic
- Confident objection handling skills
- Competitive, coachable, and money motivated
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable discussing financing and large-ticket projects
Compensation
- Base pay + commission + draw structure
