- 45% of collections (Day 1) | Up to 50% based on performance
- $500,000 – $750,000+ annual potential
- $7,500+ average daily collections
- 1099 Contractor | No production minimums
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends | No call

- 1,300+ annual treatments at location

- Mentorship available (microsurgery, regenerative endo)
Scope
RCT, retreatment, apicoectomy, trauma cases, cracked tooth management, sedation, regenerative endodontics.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD + ADA-accredited Endodontic Residency
- Active Illinois License (or eligible)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
