As part of our employment equity program, we are collecting information about our workforce and job candidates through this questionnaire. Identifying as a member of a designated group (women, Aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities and visible minorities) will help create an accurate picture of our workforce. The responses that you provide in this survey will be used for analytical purposes related to employment equity review, as well as for reporting purposes to comply with federal contractor requirements under theEmployment Equity Actif you are a Grainger employee (please refer to the Privacy Statement that follows).

Your participation in the self-identification portion of the survey is voluntary, however we encourage you to complete the full survey, as incomplete responses may result in an inaccurate view of our workforce. We assure you that our workplace is a safe environment in which to self-identify.

You have the right to review and correct information relating to you at any time. If you wish to revise your answers to this survey after submission, please contact your local Human Resources Manager.

If you are a job candidate and are hired as a Grainger employee, your responses to this survey will be subject to the terms applicable to Grainger employees.
