Elevate employee engagement as a Human Resources and Employee Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on onboarding support, wellness initiatives, and administrative HR functions in a dynamic workplace.
The HR Coordinator supports various employee lifecycle initiatives across assigned groups. You’ll lead onboarding activities, coordinate recognition programs, and manage employee engagement surveys. Additionally, this role involves creating HR communications and executing wellness projects. Enhancing the overall employee experience is key to maintaining a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive improvements in HR practices and processes
• Support Corporate HR and Talent projects as needed
• Execute onboarding and recognition programs efficiently
• Manage administration of DEI Certificate and recognition programs
• Respond to HR inquiries promptly and accurately
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience; 1 year in HR preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCM systems
