In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, welcoming members and assisting them with their rental needs. Your ability to offer friendly guidance and quick problem-solving will help enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll also coordinate with other team members to manage vehicle inventory effectively, contributing to our standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome club members upon arrival and assist them
• Guide customers on vehicle choices and directions
• Keep rental areas neat and organized
• Report any challenges faced during service
• Perform additional customer service duties as needed
Requirements:
• Age requirement of 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current British Columbia Full Class 5 driver’s license
• Minimum six months of relevant customer service experience
• Open availability during operational hours
