The Embroidery and Print Lead will begin by being adept and efficient in our embroidery and heat print processes. They will continue to develop in other areas and will have opportunities for growth in other areas of our production environment including dye sublimation, laser engraving, wide format printing, and graphics installation. The ideal candidate will be able to work multiple processes at once and be responsible for meeting timelines for production and working with other members of the team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
With time and good performance, this position could evolve to include working in multiple locations. We have locations in both Cranberry Township and Moon Township.
Qualifications:
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work with efficiency. High urgency with precision work is a must.
*Willingness to stand for the entirety of your shift.
*Ability to learn to operate production equipment and manage work flow to meet deadlines. Experience in an apparel print shop or embroidery shop a big plus.
Job Responsibilities:
*Work independently and as a part of team to produce items according to specifications and within time limits.
*Operate all production equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
*Multi-task across functions to maximize productivity.
Desired Experience:
*Minimum High school diploma or GED.
*Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
*Experience in a print shop or other light manufacturing environment.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
