Duties
- Operate embroidery machines and/or screen printing equipment efficiently to produce custom designs on garments.
- Prepare garments by ensuring proper placement, alignment, and quality control before printing or embroidery.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to specific design requirements, including color matching and tension settings.
- Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling of textiles and equipment maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Experience with garment construction, sewing machines, or textile arts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sewing techniques and manufacturing processes related to apparel decoration.
- Prior warehouse experience or working in a production environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate embroidery machines or screen printing equipment with precision.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and an eye for color accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of sewing or garment assembly is beneficial but not mandatory.
