Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in South Deerfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality, custom fragrance diffuser systems and sub-assemblies. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and full diffuser systems
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment accurately and efficiently
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards
- Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality and functionality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet production goals
- Report any issues, defects, or process improvements to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to workplace safety practices
Work Environment:
This position is based in a manufacturing facility.
