Position Overview
If you are a 2nd-3rd year or Journeyman Electrician, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values reliability and results. In this role, you’ll respond to service calls, perform diagnostics and repairs, and deliver high-quality work that keeps systems operating efficiently and clients satisfied.

What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electrical systems and components commonly found in commercial buildings, including wiring, circuits, panels, and lighting systems.
- Adhere to electrical safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage while working on commercial electrical systems.
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.
- Accurately document all work performed and make recommendations when needed.
- Work closely with teammates, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless job execution.
- Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and respect for client spaces.
- Participate in on-call rotation and be open to occasional out-of-town work.
What You Bring
- Journeyperson certification or registration in an accredited Electrician apprenticeship program (2nd or 3rd year).
- Experience working in commercial Electrical service; residential exposure is a bonus.
- Comfortable using mobile platforms (iOS or Android) for job documentation and communication.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safe practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Physically able to work in various environments and positions (climbing, kneeling, lifting, etc.).
Working Conditions
- Field-based role involving varied environments and conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).
- Occasional physical work (lifting, kneeling, climbing, etc.).
- Participation in on-call rotation and potential for out-of-town assignments.
