One of our client inStratford,ONis looking for anElectricianfor their manufacturing facility.
Shifts- Midnight shift
Responsibilities
Install electrical systems and components in automotive manufacturing equipment, including wiring, conduit, and electrical panels.
Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
Use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues in vehicles.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues in manufacturing equipment, including robots, conveyors, and other automated systems.
Upgrade electrical systems and components to improve manufacturing efficiency and support new technologies.
Maintain detailed records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Qualifications
Interprovincial red seal trade license as an Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction
Maintenance Electrician (309A)
Experience working in automotive industry is an asset
Experience with Fanuc robots is an asset
PLC knowledge and experience in troubleshooting ladder logic, ability to create or edit new programs
Electrical knowledge in a wide variety of control and power
Able to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and machine drawings
