Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle bid process, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Review, produce all costs for tender submission – material, labour, equipment to develop accurate quotes
- Deliver compelling internal and external presentations of proposals and estimates.
- Participate in closing the bid, startup and wrap up meetings and debriefs following the project completion
- Providing the management on updates of the projects.
- Interpret technical specifications and ensure compliance with bid documents.
- Perform and validate quantity take-offs to ensure precision in contract specifications and pricing.
- Foster strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to support project success.
- Identify, quantify, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
- Processing and pricing of Change Orders
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as Electrical Project Manager for Electrical Projects
- Electrical Red Seal Journeyman or FSR Certificate would be an asset
- Experience in estimation for Hospital projects would be an asset
- Experience in construction estimating and knowledge of industry products, practices and standards
- Experience in ACCUBID, Bluebeam software and strong MS OFFICE application is required and Procore would be an asset
- Scheduling, cost control and contract management experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
