Job Description:
As an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects and systems. Most of our work is on High End Custom Residential projects. You will work with the team to ensure that all project needs are met, from bidding, scheduling, billing, and construction. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and have a strong ability to problem solve.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and costs
- Work with construction team to meet project goals on time and within budget
- Manage contractor and owner relationships and ensure quality of work performed by employees
- Work with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure all requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of all activities for each project and prepare change orders as required
- Work with internal teams to ensure quality of services provided (i.e., customer service, billing, and accounting)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA)
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the nature of the project
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Excellent organizational skills are required along with attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
