This full-time role involves working directly with elementary students to facilitate learning and personal growth. You will advocate for students’ needs and develop strategies to support those with learning differences. Collaboration with teachers, counselors, and support personnel is vital to enhance students’ emotional and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with teachers to facilitate classroom participation
• Provide individual or small group support in various settings
• Maintain student progress records and documentation
• Assist in developing behavior support plans as necessary
Requirements:
• EA Certification or equivalent educational credentials
• Experience in special education settings preferred
• 1,000 hours of ABA training and documented experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
