eCommerce Marketplace & Shopify Specialist
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace & Shopify Specialist to help grow and manage our online sales channels.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms, especially in electronics, refurbished devices, or similar product categories.
This is not a beginner role — we are seeking someone who understands real-world eCommerce operations and can help us build, improve, and manage scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across platforms such as Best Buy Marketplace, Reebelo, and Shopify
- Create accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, and category placements
- Upload products, pricing, images, and variations
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all sales channels
- Prevent overselling, stock discrepancies, and listing errors
- Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment with the team
- Handle returns, refunds, disputes, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and scalable product catalog
- Continuously improve listing quality and online sales performance
- Collaborate with management to build efficient systems for growth
Requirements
- Proven experience managing online marketplaces and/or Shopify stores
- Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations
- Experience with platforms such as Best Buy Marketplace, Reebelo, Shopify, Amazon, or Walmart Marketplace is a strong asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, and inventory tracking
- Strong written English skills for product listings
- Experience in electronics, refurbished devices, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, or accessories is highly preferred
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with refurbished or pre-owned electronics
- Understanding of device grading, condition standards, and specifications
- Experience handling returns and customer service workflows
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
