Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with fulfillment leads to streamline processes
• Process orders and manage shipping within specified timeframe
• Conduct daily data-entry and generate reports
• Work with the back-of-house team for new stock management
• Track performance metrics for eCommerce fulfillment
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Team-oriented with a willingness to seek assistance
• Experience with Slack and Shopify is a plus
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is beneficial
