Location: Remote (US or Canada)

About the Role:

Euro Style's ecommerce business is built on strong partnerships with major retail platforms. This role exists to own and grow those relationships—driving revenue through strategic account management across Wayfair, Amazon, Pottery Barn, and other large-format partners.

As Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of key accounts from catalog launches and promotional strategy to business reviews and buyer relationships. Within your first six months, you will have established cadence with each account's buyers, identified assortment gaps and promotional opportunities, and built the reporting and workflows needed to scale performance.

This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a portfolio of key ecommerce accounts (Wayfair, Amazon, Pottery Barn, and others) and serve as Euro Style's primary point of contact for each account's buyer
  • Develop and execute account-level growth strategies including assortment expansion, promotional planning, and exclusive SKU opportunities
  • Lead business reviews and joint business planning sessions with buyers and retail partners
  • Upload, update, and maintain all product listings across managed accounts, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and imagery
  • Own the SKU launch process end-to-end, coordinating cross-functionally to gather product data, marketing assets, and operational details
  • Monitor and manage assortment strategy per account—identifying gaps, recommending new SKUs, and flagging underperformers
  • Manage advertising strategy across accounts to maximize ROAS within budget; monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and positioning
  • Serve as point of escalation for operational issues and partner with the warehouse to maintain strong dropship metrics
  • Support tradeshow preparation including buyer outreach, meeting scheduling, and report preparation
  • Develop SOPs and improve ecommerce workflows; identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce account management; furniture or home goods industry experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major vendor portal (Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair Partner Home, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to own revenue targets and execute against a growth strategy
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with ability to analyze pricing, margin, and promotional ROI
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, especially with external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset—you spot problems before being asked and actively look for ways to improve

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ecommerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SimilarWeb
  • Experience with or genuine curiosity about machine learning tools applied to catalog management, data analysis, or process automation
